Service Description
Covid-19 Precaution FAQs: - When booking, you are required to complete a brief questionnaire. - For Bookings, clients are not required to wear masks. - The working area is sanitized before and after clients. - Your nail tech will be wearing gloves and a mask while completing your service. - When you come in for your appointment, you will be asked to wash your hands in order for the service to begin. Failure to comply will result in a refusal to complete the service. Please understand that these procedures are put in place for the safety of the staff and the clients.
Late, No-Show, No-Contact Policy
Due to the tight schedule of your nail tech, we try to hold true to the timing of our booked appointments. If you are to contact your nail tech a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of your booking that you will either be late or can no longer make the appointment, you will not be charged and your appointment will be handled accordingly. However, if 1 hour passes and you have not contacted your nail tech, you will be considered a "No-Show/No-Contact" and a $10 invoice will be sent to your account. *The $10 No-Contact fee must be paid within 3-weeks of its issuing.
