Covid-19
Due to the events of 2020, Spaced Out Nails has updated its service and craft. During the processing of a press-on set, gloves and masks are worn. Before and after each set is created, the area is sanitized and prepared for the next set. For Bookings, clients are recommended to wear masks. The working area is sanitized before and after clients. Your nail tech will be wearing gloves and a mask while completing your service. When booking your appointment, you must complete a brief symptom questionnaire in order to continue. Regardless of sickness, you will be asked to wash your hands before the service begins. Failure to comply will result in a refusal to complete the service. Your service will be cancelled and your $10 deposit will not be refunded. Please understand that these procedures are put in place for the safety of the staff and the clients.
Nail Sizing
If you are sure of your general nail sizes, we offer sizing from Extra Small to Large. If you are unsure of your nail sizing or would like a custom fitted set, nail sizing kits are available.

Bookings
When you book, there is currently $10 required deposit before moving to the next step of most of our services. You can either pay the remainder online, in person, or with cash. CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and ApplePay are available forms of payment as well. Tips are accepted and are completely at the discretion of the client. Visit this link for detailed information on pricing. During your service, we ask that you refrain from touching your face, hair and clothes. We ask this as it is helpful to the nail tech when giving you a desirable experience. Due to updated Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, masks and other PPE are not required but are recommended.
Late, No-Show, No-Contact Policy
Due to the tight schedule of your nail tech, we try to hold true to the timing of our booked appointments. If you are to contact your nail tech a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of your booking that you will either be late or can no longer make the appointment, you will not be charged and your appointment will be handled accordingly. However, if 1 hour into your appointment has passed and you have not contacted your nail tech, you will be considered a
"No-Show/No-Contact" and a $10 invoice will be sent to your account. *The $10 No-Contact fee must be paid within 60 days of its issuing.
Shipping & Delivery
If you're ordering a sizing kit, expect shipping within the next 2-5 business days after the day you order. If you have already submitted your completed sizing kit photo or have chosen a pre-determined size from the product's page, you can expect your set 7-14 business days after your submission.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of this service, custom fitted returns are not offered. However, refunds are available if your experience fell short of satisfactory. Returns, exchanges of equal value, and refunds for standard size selections are accepted.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as you order your sizing kit, a tracking number will be issued to you. Once your personalized set is completed, our team will send an email containing the tracking number for your nails.
Commissions
To order a commission you must first select this option in the SHOP tab and add it to your cart. The price set is the deposit price. This includes the sizing kit as well. Once the design is discussed, the price of your order will be adjusted accordingly.
Money-Back Guarantee
If the package you received was less than satisfactory, contact us and we'll get you squared away Space Babe. Sorry for the inconvenience. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. If your package arrived damaged please provide a photo so we can either refund or issue a replacement. If your order is missing, we will have no problem refunding your order.
